I tried to get voucher this morning by SMS and did not receive it and have just tried again and still not voucher

Hi Ann,

I just tested this and I received the SMS instantly - the only thing I could suggest is that the details you entered may need checking again or it was an error from Prezzo.

Let me know if you try again how you get on.
